1. Open the My Schedule section
To manage your availability, go to your dashboard and click My Schedule in the top menu. This is where you can set and update your consultation hours.
2. Set your time zone
At the top of the My Schedule page, choose your current local time zone.
This ensures your availability is shown correctly for both you and your patients – especially if you’re in a different country than your patients.
💡 If the time zone is incorrect, your available slots may appear at the wrong times on the patient’s side.
3. Add your working hours
In the My Schedule section, you’ll see all days of the week listed with toggle switches.
Click on the toggle next to a day (e.g. Monday) to activate it
Once the day is active, you can set the hours when you’re available to accept consultations
To create a single time range, simply choose the start and end time.
If you want to split the day into multiple intervals (e.g. morning and evening slots), click Add interval and define each time range separately.
✔️ You can remove or adjust intervals at any time.
✔️ You can update your schedule at any time.
4. Set consultation duration
Choose how long each consultation lasts – 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. This applies to all appointment slots unless changed manually later.
⏱ Tip: Keep in mind that longer consultations reduce the number of available booking slots.
5. Add buffer time
Buffer time adds extra minutes before and/or after each consultation. This helps you avoid back-to-back sessions and gives time to prepare, rest, or write notes.
You can set:
Time before consultation – extra time before each consultation (e.g. 10 minutes to review notes)
Time after consultation – extra time after each consultation (e.g. 15 minutes for documentation)
6. Set a minimum booking notice
This setting defines how soon a patient can book a consultation before it starts. For example, if you set it to 2 hours, a patient won’t be able to book a session that starts in less than 2 hours from the current time.
You can choose the notice period that works best for your workflow – from 15 minutes to several hours.
⏰ This helps prevent last-minute bookings and gives you time to prepare.
7. Set unavailable times
Need a break during the day, or time off for personal reasons?
Click ”+ Set Unavailable Time” to block out specific periods when you don’t want to receive bookings — without changing your regular weekly schedule.
To add an unavailable period:
1. Select the start date and time
2. Select the end date and time
3. Click Save
During this period, your availability will be hidden from patients – no one will be able to book a consultation, even if you normally have open slots on those days.
🛑 You don’t need to edit your main schedule – this setting overrides it temporarily.
Important! Make sure your calendar reflects your real availability – the system shows doctors with the nearest open slots first.
