How to create and publish your doctor's profile

This guide explains how to register your account, connect Stripe for payments, complete your public profile, and make your services available to patients.

1. Creating and activating your account

To start, go to the sign-up page and fill in your basic information.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you within 72 hours to schedule a short introductory call. After this call, your account will be activated and you’ll be able to complete your profile.

2. Completing your profile and becoming visible to patients

After your account is activated, go to My Profile to complete the public part of your page. This is what patients see when choosing a doctor.


Add a portrait photo

Upload a clear photo of yourself, preferably in a professional or medical setting (e.g., in a white coat or clinical environment). This helps patients feel more confident about booking with you.


Select consultation languages

* Choose the languages in which you’re comfortable providing medical consultations. Patients often filter search results by language.

Write your professional bio

Add a short summary that highlights your clinical focus and areas of interest.

Example: “Family doctor with a focus on preventive care, allergies, and women’s health.”


Set your consultation fee

Set the price for your initial consultation. If you want to offer discounted or different pricing for follow-up sessions, you can add that too. Don’t forget to click Save after entering your prices.


Add your availability

To open time slots for booking, go to the My Schedule section in your profile.

There, you can set your working hours and breaks. You can update this at any time.
