You’ll see a text field labeled “Reason for your consultation” during the booking process.
For Express Consultation: the field appears in Step 1
For Specialist Consultation: the field appears in Step 5
Use this field to describe your request clearly and briefly.
What to include in your description
When writing your reason for booking, it’s helpful to include:
Symptoms you’re experiencing
Example: headache, fever, sore throat, skin rash
A request to renew a prescription
Example: I need to renew a prescription I received in Spain last month
A request for a medical certificate or document
Example: I need a certificate for IMT (Portugal) to exchange my driving license
A follow-up on a previous consultation
Example: This is a follow-up to my consultation from last week regarding blood pressure
Any other health questions or concerns
Example: I’ve had ongoing fatigue and want to discuss possible causes
