How can I request an Express Prescription?
To use the Express Prescriptions service:
Log in to your Oladoctor account
Select Express Prescriptions in the menu
Choose a condition from the available list
Fill out the medical questionnaire for that condition
Pay online (€19 flat fee)
Wait for the doctor’s decision
The result will be available in your My Orders section and sent by email. If the doctor needs clarification, they may contact you through your Oladoctor account.

Can I request a prescription renewal?
Yes. You can request a prescription renewal through the Express Prescriptions section if you already have one of the following:
A previous prescription (from any country), or
A written medical recommendation that includes a diagnosis or international medication name
To do this:

Go to Express Prescriptions
Select Prescription Renewal from the list
Upload the required documentation and complete the form
Pay €19 and wait for the doctor’s review (usually within 1-24 hours)
If you do not have a previous prescription or medical recommendation, please book an Express Consultation instead.
What medications are excluded from renewals?
Doctors on Oladoctor do not renew prescriptions for the following medications:
Narcotic pain medications (e.g., morphine, oxycodone)
Opioid substitution therapy (e.g., methadone, buprenorphine)
Psychotropic substances (e.g., amphetamines, benzodiazepines)
Medications that require specialist supervision (e.g., immunosuppressants, oncology or psychiatric drugs)

Who reviews Express Prescription requests?
All Express Prescription requests are reviewed by licensed doctors working independently through Oladoctor’s marketplace.
