Doctor reviews on Oladoctor

Learn who can leave reviews on Oladoctor, how they are moderated, and why they help others choose the right doctor.

Updated over 2 months ago

Reviews help other patients make informed decisions and understand what to expect from a consultation. On Oladoctor, only patients who have completed a consultation can leave a review.

Who can leave a review

  • Patients who completed an online or express consultation booked through Oladoctor.

  • Automatic reviews: If a patient has not written a review within 4 days of the completed consultation, our system will publish a system‑generated review "Consultation completed (automatic review)" confirming that the consultation took place with a verified patient.

After your consultation, you’ll be invited to leave a review through your account and email.

Moderation and publication

All reviews are moderated. We check that they do not contain:

  • Personal or sensitive data

  • Offensive or inappropriate language

  • Comments about diagnosis or clinical decisions

Oladoctor publishes both positive and negative reviews — as long as they meet our community standards.

Can I trust the reviews?

Yes. All reviews come from real patients. Doctors cannot edit, remove, or hide reviews. This ensures transparency and builds trust when choosing a specialist.
