Audio or microphone isn’t working
If you or the patient can’t hear each other:
Check audio settings in Google Meet
Click the three dots (⋮) in the bottom bar
Go to Settings > Audio
Make sure the correct microphone and speakers are selected
Check browser permissions
Click the lock icon (🔒) in the browser address bar
Make sure both microphone and camera are allowed
Refresh the page or rejoin the session
This solves most temporary issues with browser audio
Still not working?
If the problem persists:
Exit the meeting and try to rejoin
