Important: Travellers are advised to check airline rules, especially for controlled medications, liquids over 100 ml, medications requiring refrigeration, or auto-injectors.

To obtain the certificate online in Spain, fill out the medical questionnaire on the Oladoctor website. The doctor will review your answers and confirm the medical need to transport the medication or devices during your trip.

Once approved, you will receive the certificate in electronic format, ready to present at airport or border security. If the doctor cannot confirm the indication for issuing the certificate, the payment will be refunded.
